Unique to other trainers I include a weekly Skype meeting to enhance trust, depth and support. I will critique and perfect your form for your weekly exercises and answer all your questions. Check-ins include; weigh-ins, progress pictures, measurements analysis, diet and exercise evaluations and adjustments as needed. Mind, body, spirit assessments. Together we will choose a Check-In day and time, that is convenient for us both.
