Service Description

If you are looking for the most affordable in-person training option, this is it. Select this option if you prefer to train outdoors in nature with a breathtaking view of Downtown San Diego, Mission & San Diego Bay and the ocean! These sessions will be held at Kate Sessions Park. I will be providing portable exercise equipment, such as TRX Suspension Training, Exercise Balls, Medicine Balls, Xertubes, Resistance Bands, Resistance Loop Mini-Bands, Agility Ladder, Resistance Parachute, Sliders, Boxing Gloves, Yoga Blocks, Cone drills, Jump Ropes etc. I will also be teaching body weight exercises which you can then do on your own from anywhere. Choose this option to find support and accountability through being part of a team, including 2 to 4 people per group session. These customized fitness regimens combine a number of protocols to decrease body fat, tighten and tone your body (especially your core), boost your strength, increase your endurance, advance your stamina, further develop your flexibility, agility and balance and improve your overall health and wellness. Reach your specific goals, for a happier and more confidant NEW YOU! Book the day and time available that you want now, and select any remaining days and times you’d like to train in your Confirmation Email. Have the advantage of reserving the days and times you prefer, while receiving the benefit of “paying as you go”. *If you are not available at this time, please contact me and I will try to create a separate group at the times that work for you.
