Unlike Group Training, One-On-One workouts are designed by you and can include anything you desire. You pick your favorite location and email it to me in your response to the first email you receive when signing up! Options include Kate Sessions Park, Mission Bay Park, The Gym, or train from anywhere through FaceTime/Skype Call.
 

These sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. They are created based upon your particular areas of improvement, the specific date you want to achieve your goals by, current fitness level and regiment, sports and fitness history, prior experience with a personal trainer, physical activities you enjoy most, duties you perform at work, improving any chronic pain through physical therapy, your personal preferred coaching methods, and much more.
