My life goal is to enhance the physical, mental and spiritual health of each of my followers through education, support and accountability. 

 

As a fitness magazine Cover Model, world renowned Social Media Influencer, top national NPC Athlete, International Online Fitness Coach, In-Person Trainer in San Diego, and former LA Kings Cheerleader, it may seem like it was all sunshine and rainbows, but my story is far from that.

I created NZ Fitness to inspire people to believe in themselves, live a healthy lifestyle, and unlock their full potential. Like many people I had to overcome obstacles, including bullying about being a handicap child with Legg Calve Perthes Disease. When the doctors told me I would never be able to run, do gymnastics, or weight lifting, I proved them wrong. I am still the only known patient to have ever escaped the disease without surgery. 

 

Fitness was the catalyst that helped me find my inner fire. It became a therapeutic outlet. It taught me the true value and rewards of patience, consistency and dedication. It proved to me that if I stayed committed and could transform my body, I could do the same with my mindset. As I walked my fitness journey and gained physical strength, it began to trickle over into all areas of my life and gave me the courage and confidence to walk with a newfound unstoppable energy.

 

Once I identified this power all I wanted to do was share it with others. With this new calling to spread the word, I am determined to lead others to discover their inner fire and the strength to overcome any obstacle. 

 

I graduated early from UC Irvine, majoring in Psychology and Drama. My bachelor's degree strengthened my public speaking abilities and taught me how to better understand the mind. I incorporate specific cognitive techniques to help people revolutionize their mindset, have more control over their attitude, and unleash positive energy. This leads to a more successful and stress-free life.

 

Throughout my journey I learned how to believe in myself. I now empower my followers around the world to do the same. 

 

I am more than just a fitness coach. I stress the importance of spiritual strength by sharing the tools for self-care, Eastern Medicine practices, healing techniques, and forming empowering habits. I provide support, encouragement and guidance throughout your training. I am here to lead you through the basics of proper nutrition, functional exercise and resistance training so that you can sculpt your body and annihilate your goals.

 

I am here to hold your hand and walk with you on your personal fitness journey as you ignite your fire within.
