WHAT IS VIRTUAL TRAINING?

Virtual Training refers to training done when the learner and the instructor are in separate locations. I will be training you via FaceTime or Skype. You can use your laptop or set your phone up in front of you while you perform the exercises. I will be instructing you on what exercises to do while analyzing and perfecting your form. I will be coaching you on rest time, stretching, injury prevention, answering any questions you might have through and much more. 

These One-On-One virtual workouts are designed by you and can include anything you desire. With this training opportunity you will have the flexibility to exercise in the comfort of your own home. ​I will utilize any personal home equipment you'd like to make use of, and your own bodyweight. 

 

These sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. They are created based upon your particular areas of improvement, the specific date you want to achieve your goals by, current fitness level and regiment, sports and fitness history, prior experience with a personal trainer, the physical activities you enjoy most, the duties you perform at work, improving any chronic pain through physical therapy, your personal preferred coaching methods, and anything else you desire.
