WHAT IS GROUP TRAINING?
If you are looking for the most affordable in-person training option, this is it. Select this option if you want to test the waters before financially committing further.
Here you will get a feel for my coaching techniques, ask me any questions in person, and decide whether or not we will be a good fit for you to achieve your fitness goals. There will be 2 to 4 people per group session.
Here you will find support and accountability through being a part of a team, unlike one-on-one training.
These customized fitness regimens combine a number of protocols to decrease body fat, tighten and tone your body (especially your core), glute growth, minimize cellulite, boost your strength, increase your endurance, advance your stamina, further develop your flexibility, agility and balance and improve your overall health and wellness.
